Marquant les débuts dans la réalisation de l’artiste d’effets spéciaux Patrick Magee (« Zombie Strippers », « The Black Waters of Echo’s Pond »), « Primal Rage : The Legend of Oh-Mah », s’inscrit dans la mythologie traditionnelle du Bigfoot. Un jeune couple nouvellement réuni part en voiture à travers le nord-ouest du Pacifique, leur voyage se transformant en cauchemar car ils sont forcés de faire face à la nature, aux habitants indésirables, et à une créature monstrueuse, connue des Amérindiens comme Oh-Mah.
